The Carl Frei organ is back in Seewen!
At the end of September, what used to be the world's largest travelling concert organ returned to its place at the Museum of Music Automatons.
The organ travelled to Zaltbommel near Utrecht in early 2021 where it was professionally restored by the company Martin Conrads Draaiorganbouw.
After 18 months in the Netherlands, the instrument is now freshly tuned and back in the museum's reception area, just waiting to play for visitors again.
