Ordering
Orders may only be made in writing (by e-mail, fax or by post). In every case, these terms and conditions of business form an integral part of the contract of sale.
Place of performance
The place of performance for the delivery of our goods and for the payment of the purchase price is the Museum of Music Automatons in Seewen SO, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Delivery/Payment terms
The delivery of goods to a location designated by the purchaser is made at the purchaser's expense and at his or her risk. Please provide us with the precise delivery address with telephone number. The minimum cost of transport (postage and packing) and insurance is CHF 8.-. The goods shall be dispatched on receipt of the payment. As a means of payment, the Museum of Music Automatons accepts payment in advance against invoice.
Transport costs and insurance
The prices do not include transport costs, which can only be calculated after an order has been placed. The Museum of Music Automatons shall also obtain transport insurance, the cost of which is also charged to the purchaser.
Prices
All prices are shown net in Swiss francs and include Swiss VAT.
Notice of defects
Notice of defects of any nature may only be considered if they are given in writing within 5 days of receipt of the goods.
Jurisdiction
Contracts with the Museum of Music Automatons Seewen SO are governed by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is Bern (Switzerland).
